We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Changing your mind

If you purchase from us online, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. You do not need to provide a reason.

After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the product.

Products should be returned in their original condition. You may inspect the product as you reasonably would in a shop, but we may make a deduction from your refund where the value of the product has been reduced through handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning it.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your product is damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at mariobonsu20000@gmaill.com with your order number and, where helpful, photographs of the issue.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.

Refunds

Where you exercise your right to cancel, we will issue any refund due using your original payment method. We will process the refund within the time required by applicable consumer law.

Where applicable, the refund will also include the cost of our standard delivery option. Additional amounts paid for an enhanced or express delivery method are not refundable beyond the cost of standard delivery.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.

Cancelling before dispatch

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact mariobonsu20000@gmail.com as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed once fulfilment has started.

Return address

Do not send a return to the address shown on a shipping label without contacting us first. We will provide the appropriate return instructions when your return is authorised.
